Hot cakes

Today in cooking class me myself and I made hot cakes. The first thing I done was grab all the equipment out and waited until miss told us to grab our ingredients. First we had to add 1 1/2 cups of S.R. flour, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 cup of milk, and 1 egg. After we added all the ingredients in the big bowl I had to mix well until there were no lumps. When I finished mixing the mixture I started frying 3 at a time, and then when I finished cooking the hot cakes I stuck them on a paper towel on the plate so that the paper towel can soak up the oil from the hot cakes. After I stuck the hot cakes on the paper towel i stuck chocolate sauce on the hot cakes.
