When we heard about it , We felt happy and supprised because America offerd us their Emoji Keyboard.

Similes and Metaphors.

One day three girls went to the shop. They were hungry and wanted to buy something to eat. When they went inside they bought some bread , butter ,luncheon ,milk and chips.

The girls went outside and saw that there was one of their friends sitting by herself. Their friend didn't have any lunch either the girls decided to share their food.

Their friend was happy and said “Thankyou after that everyone went to the playground and had fun and all walked home together.

How The Giraffe Got Its Long Neck.

How giraffes got their long neck.


Back in the old days baby giraffes were born with short necks.


One day a baby giraffe was learning how to walk. Suddenly one baby giraffe, stumbled and fell into a big hole.


Later that day, a friendly monkey came along. He heard the baby giraffe crying and offered to help it get out of the hole.The monkey grabbed the giraffe by the head and was trying to pull the giraffe out from the hole. But the giraffe was too heavy! The more that the monkey pulled, the longer the giraffe’s neck was stretching.
By the time the monkey had pulled the giraffe out of the hole, it’s neck was half the length of it’s body.


And that's how the giraffe got its long neck.

This is my reading activity about the badjelly the witch.

BAD JELLY THE WITCH – CLOSE ACTIVITY

Their father was a fisherman.  He caught fish in a big lake near their house,

their mother used to bake lovely fresh bread for them and in the evenings, by the

fire she would play the trombone for them.  They had a fluffy cat called fluffy bum,

a white puppy dog called Pom Pom who was very clever and could play the piano

with his tail.  Every morning Tim and Rose and used to go to Lucy their cow, to get some

milk for their breakfast, but!  When they got to the shed where Lucy lived, the door

was open and Lucy was gone!  So the children ran to the field where Lucy used to

eat the grass, and shouted “Lucyyyyyyyy!  Where are you!”  But there was no sign of Lucy

anywhere!

“Look Rose” said Tim, and point to the ground where they could see Lucy’s hoof

marks in the mud.

“Let’s follow them and see where she’s gone” said Rose.  They started to walk and

follow the hoof marks.  They  walked and walked and walked.  “Are you getting tired?”

said Tim.  “Only my legs” said Rose.  After a long while the children came to a big forest,

with very big trees, some as tall as a church and some as thick as their teachers legs at school.

There was still no sign of her their cow.  

“It’s getting very dark and night time” said Rose.  “We better go home, or Mummy and

Daddy will be worried about us.”  Tim said “No!  We must find Lucy first or she might get lost  

forever and we would never have milk on our porridge again!”

Rose said “Alright.”  So on they went into the great black forest, but it got so dark they

couldn't see where to go.
